Refund Policy
If you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, and the item is in unused condition with the original packaging still intact, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund, exchange or store credit (excluding original shipping costs).
Please note: If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
What items are returnable?
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment in unused and original condition. Must be in the original packaging.
What items are non-refundable?
Free gifts, promotional items, SALE items and customized/personalized items.
Are there any charges for return?
All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must be in perfect, sellable condition, If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you. The package must include the order number, or the original receipt.
*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

How do I return?
On the bottom of this page, go to "Returns & Refunds Center"
Enter your order number and email address used for the order. You do not need an account. Select the reason for the return. And follow the instructions. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
