• Not monogrammed, personalized, or a Final Sale item.
• Refunds are issued to the original purchaser's method of payment.
• Return shipping within the USA and 31 EU countries is free if you opted in to return coverage at checkout. If you did not opt in, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Returned products will only be accepted if they are in unused condition with the original packaging intact and the return is completed through our Return Center.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final Sale items.
• Discounted items (if applicable)
• Personalized items like monogrammed and laser engraved items

f the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 48 hours of the delivery date through our Warranty Center or email us at support@blackbrookcase.com.

Please Note: Interaction with MagSafe accessories might leave slight imprints on the leather. This is not a defect. We also recommend not using any chargers with silicone rings.

We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To start an exchange, go to our Return Center.

Return shipping within the USA is free if you opted in to return coverage at checkout. If you did not opt in, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

The following refund options are supported:

• Exchange with another item
• Refund to the original payment method
• Refund to store credit (if applicable)
• Returned products will only be accepted if they are in unused condition with the original packaging intact and the return is completed through our Return Center.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. If the item is used and damaged return request will be rejected and item will be returned back to customer.

At checkout, you may have the option to add Checkout+ coverage for a small fee.

Checkout+ may include:

• Free return shipping
• Package protection against loss, theft, or damage in transit

Full Checkout+ coverage, including free return shipping, is available for orders shipped to:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States.

Customers outside these countries may still be offered package protection only. This protects the shipment against loss, theft, or damage in transit, but it does not cover return shipping.

If Checkout+ with return coverage is not added to your order, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Claims and returns can be managed through our Customer Portal at the bottom of our website.

Refunds are issued to the original purchaser’s payment method. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and processed through our Return Center.
