Our products are covered by a 90 days manufacturer's warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to over stuff your wallet and card slots or put things in there that don’t belong. If you do put more than 1 card per slot, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your item from BlackBrook Case website directly, and you must provide proof of purchase.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • In unused and resellable condition.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
  • Not monogrammed or personalized or Final Sale item.
  • The return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment.
  • Returned products will only be accepted if they are in unused condition with the original packaging intact and the return is completed through our Return Center.

What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • Personalized items like monogrammed and laser engraved items

The item I received is damaged!

Can the items be exchanged?

You are welcome to exchange your item with another one easily in USA. Simply go to our Return Center and select exchange option. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. If you are owed a partial refund due to a price difference in your exchange order we will refund you once the original item is returned back to us. If there is a difference left to pay for the item(s) in your new exchange order you will be able to make the payment at the same time.

What are the refund options?

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)
  • The return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. If the item is used and damaged return request will be rejected and item will be returned back to customer.
