Return coverage gives eligible customers free return shipping when they decide to return an order that qualifies under the BlackBrook Case return policy.
This is different from package protection.
Package protection covers shipping problems before your order arrives. Return coverage helps with return shipping after you receive your order.
For eligible countries, Checkout+ can include both.
That means your order can be protected during delivery, and your return shipping can also be covered if you need to send the item back.

Countries Outside the Return Coverage List
Customers outside the countries listed above can still add package protection at checkout.
For these countries, Checkout+ covers your order against:
- Loss in transit
- Theft
- Damage during shipping
It does not include return shipping coverage.

Does Checkout+ Replace the Return Policy?
No. Checkout+ does not replace the BlackBrook Case return policy.
Your item still needs to meet the return requirements. In general, eligible returns must be unused, in resellable condition, in the original packaging, and within the return window.
Some items may not be returnable, including:
- Personalized items
- Monogrammed items
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Certain discounted items, where noted
Return coverage helps with return shipping costs when your return is eligible. It does not make a non-returnable item returnable.
