During the Made By Google event on August 13, Google unveiled a number of new phones: the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold. We will have our signature Carter and York models in Pebble Black, Burnished Tan and Distressed Coffee in stock very soon.
For the first time, the Pixel Pro series includes two sizes, thanks to the introduction of the Pixel 9 Pro XL. As expected, the XL model features a larger screen, 6.8" similar to previous Pixel Pro phones but slightly bigger. The Pixel 9 Pro (6.3") on the other hand, offers a new option with a smaller display.
All of Google’s new phones use the latest Tensor G4 processor and have more RAM than the previous models. This extra RAM helps power new AI features and boosts the overall performance of the Pixel 9 phones.
The Pixel 9 series also includes a new ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for faster and more accurate unlocking. Additionally, Google continues to offer a seven-year support window for Android upgrades and security updates.
