Missed Deliveries

If you're not home at the time of delivery, your carrier will leave the package at your door where safe to do so. Once delivered, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the recipient. If your package is missing after a delivery confirmation, contact DHL or FedEx directly with your tracking number and they'll assist you.
