Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1 business day from our warehouse in Naples, FL or directly from our workshop in Istanbul (Excluding holidays and weekends)
Domestic Orders (USA)
The delivery time varies based on the selected service and destination. For regular post, the delivery time ranges from 3 to 10 working days, depending on the shipping address. Free shipping (USPS Ground) typically takes 7-10 business days.
International Orders
International shipments are sent to most locations via USPS or Fedex. We do this to ensure the best possible shipping experience.
Orders typically take 14-21 Business days to reach international destinations, but carriers can sometimes have unexpected delays, resulting in up to 4 weeks for some destinations. Orders may also require up to +1 day to process, especially if you are located in a different timezone than the warehouse we are shipping from.
Please note: Some countries outside of the U.S. may impose additional taxes and/or duties, such as VAT, to import an order. The taxes and/or duties related to an order are the responsibility of the customer.
