U.S. Shipping: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days via DHL eCommerce or FedEx. Free standard shipping on orders over $120.

International Shipping: Most international orders arrive within 4–10 business days. Carrier or customs delays can extend this to 2 weeks for some destinations.

Duties & Taxes: All international orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties, taxes, and import fees are included — nothing extra is charged at delivery.

Hassle-Free Returns Within 30 Days of Delivery

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Personalized, customized, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Customers who purchased return coverage at checkout receive free return shipping within the USA. Otherwise, return shipping costs apply. Partial Returns: If a partial return brings your order below the $120 free-shipping minimum, a $10 original shipping adjustment will be deducted from your refund, even with return coverage.

Covers manufacturing defects — stitching, leather, hardware. If something fails, contact us and we'll repair or replace it.

Saddle Tan: Tan combines the strength of full-grain leather with a classic, earthy hue. Its smooth surface starts with a slight sheen that will mellow into a more relaxed look with use. Over time, it will soften and darken slightly, developing a warm patina that celebrates its natural origin.

Leather is a natural material. Surface variations, slight color shifts, and texture differences are not defects — they're what makes each piece unique. Over time your leather will soften, deepen in color, and develop a patina that's entirely its own.

To maintain it, wipe occasionally with a clean white cloth and a neutral leather conditioner.

MagSafe note: Regular MagSafe use can leave a faint ring on the leather. This is normal. A light application of leather conditioner will minimize it.
