Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Coral Springs, FL fulfillment center, or 2–4 business days from our Istanbul workshop.

U.S. Shipping: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days via DHL eCommerce or FedEx. Free standard shipping on orders over $120.

International Shipping: Most international orders arrive within 4–10 business days. Carrier or customs delays can extend this to 2 weeks for some destinations.

Duties & Taxes: All international orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties, taxes, and import fees are included — nothing extra is charged at delivery.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If you added return coverage at checkout, return shipping is free. Without it, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Covers manufacturing defects — stitching, leather, hardware. If something fails, contact us and we'll repair or replace it.

The smooth finish highlights the depth of color, while natural variations in the leather ensure each piece remains distinctive. Over time, the surface will take on a darker, more complex patina—enhancing its bold, modern character without losing its elegance.

Leather is a natural material. Surface variations, slight color shifts, and texture differences are not defects — they're what makes each piece unique. Over time your leather will soften, deepen in color, and develop a patina that's entirely its own.

To maintain it, wipe occasionally with a clean white cloth and a neutral leather conditioner.

MagSafe note: Regular MagSafe use can leave a faint ring on the leather. This is normal. A light application of leather conditioner will minimize it.
