Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1 business day from our warehouse in Naples, FL or directly from our workshop in Istanbul (Excluding holidays and weekends)

Domestic Orders (USA)

The delivery time varies based on the selected service and destination. For regular post, the delivery time ranges from 3 to 10 working days, depending on the shipping address. Free shipping (USPS Ground) typically takes 7-10 business days.

International Orders

International shipments are sent to most locations via USPS or Fedex. We do this to ensure the best possible shipping experience.

Orders typically take 14-21 Business days to reach international destinations, but carriers can sometimes have unexpected delays, resulting in up to 4 weeks for some destinations. Orders may also require up to +1 day to process, especially if you are located in a different timezone than the warehouse we are shipping from.

Please note: Some countries outside of the U.S. may impose additional taxes and/or duties, such as VAT, to import an order. The taxes and/or duties related to an order are the responsibility of the customer. BlackBrook Case does not personally pay for import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer which are determined by your national and governmental laws.

Distressed Coffee: With a rustic, old-fashioned appeal, Distressed Coffee leather has a suede-like feel and is prone to scratches that enhance its character. Over time, it will age beautifully, developing a unique patina that highlights the full-grain leather’s quality and charm.

Leather is a natural material. Minor color changes and discrepancies on its surface are not quality defects. They are part of the nature of the genuine leather products.

Over time, your leather item will take on a warmer, softer look and get a unique patina. To keep your leather looking better, you can clean it occasionally with a clean white cloth and a neutral, natural leather-care cream.

Note about MagSafe Charging: When you regularly use MagSafe chargers and accessories in conjunction with the genuine leather cases, you might observe the emergence of a ring on your case. This is entirely normal, and you can minimize its visibility by applying a leather conditioner.
