Orders ship within 1 business day from our Naples, FL warehouse, or 2–4 days from our Istanbul workshop.

U.S. Shipping: Standard delivery takes 3–10 business days. Free USPS Ground takes 7–10 business days.

International Shipping: Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days. Customs or carrier delays can extend this to 4 weeks.

Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped from Istanbul include customs duties and import taxes. Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse to international addresses do not — those fees are the customer's responsibility at delivery.

Free 30-day returns (USA)

Most items ship back free within the USA and qualify for a full refund within 30 days. Personalized or customized orders are not eligible for return.

Covers manufacturing defects — stitching, leather, hardware. If something fails, contact us and we'll repair or replace it.

Leather is a natural material. Surface variations, slight color shifts, and texture differences are not defects — they're what makes each piece unique. Over time your leather will soften, deepen in color, and develop a patina that's entirely its own.

To maintain it, wipe occasionally with a clean white cloth and a neutral leather conditioner.

MagSafe note: Regular MagSafe use can leave a faint ring on the leather. This is normal. A light application of leather conditioner will minimize it.
